DUA [117] What to say and do when feeling some pain in the body
بِسْمِ اللهِ
'Place your hand at the site of the pain and say:
Translation: In the Name of Allah (three times).
Transliteration: Bismillaah.
أَعُوذُ باللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مَنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Then say:
Translation: I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and of what I guard against.
Transliteration: 'A'oothu billaahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa 'ajidu wa 'uhaathiru.

DUA [010.1] When leaving the home بِسْمِ اللهِ ، تَوَكَّلْـتُ عَلى اللهِ وَلا حَوْلَ وَلا قُـوَّةَ إِلاّ بِالله Translation: In the Name of Allah, I have placed my trust in Allah, there is no might and no power except by Allah.
